MANILA, Philippines - Some areas in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan and Quezon will experience power interruptions this week due to maintenance works, Meralco said on Sunday.

Some areas in Metro Manila, 5 provinces to have power interruptions due to maintenance works

In Quezon City, some areas in Brgy. Pasong Tamo will have no power on September 8-9 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the installation of poles and primary facilities along Calamansi St. in Veterans Village.

Affected areas include a portion of Calamansi St. from Luzon Ave. to Kamatsile, Naranghita, Anonas, Tambis, Lucban, Kasoy and Durian Sts.

Also, some areas in Brgy. Pag-Asa and Proj. 6 will have no electricity on September 10-11 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. because of line reconductoring work along Road 1 near Alley 14.

Those affected include a portion of Road 1 from Alley 14 to Mindanao Ave. Ext. including Hotel Sogo – Mindanao Ave; a portion of Mindanao Ave. Ext. from North Ave. to Road 1 in Bgys. Bagong Pag-Asa and Project 6; a portion of Road 10 from Mindanao Ave. Ext. to Alley 26 including Veterans Memorial Medical Center; and a portion of Road 1 from Mindanao Ave. Ext. to Alley 8.

In Caloocan, some areas in Bgy. Santa Quiteria will have power interruptions on September 9-10 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to the installation of facilities and line reconductoring works along Reparo Road and Rose St.
